Sales increase by 26% in Pistoia, 31% in the province
The growth in sales is confirmed by recent data on the real estate market, according to which the municipality of Pistoia alone, in 2021, saw an increase of around 26%, with a number of purchases that nearly reached 1,000, while for the province the data is equally positive, + 31% equivalent to 3,401 purchases.
If instead the first half of 2021 and the first half of 2022 are compared, the province recorded a +15.4% compared with a +10.1% of the national territory.
This sign of growth is undoubtedly a positive indicator for the trend of the remaining half of 2022. In a historical period of great uncertainties, one thing seems clear: the search for a place that gives security has now become more important than ever.
