Real Estate Agent

REAL ESTATE AGENT
Studio Immobiliare Sì, a leading company in the real estate sector, is looking for a Real Estate Agent to expand its staff. Founded in 2007, today it has two offices, in Pistoia and Agliana, with a team of over 15 people.
Within our staff you will have the opportunity to consolidate your skills with awards and production incentives, in a dynamic and constantly expanding environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The person we are looking for can rely on:

REQUIREMENTS:
Our studio is looking for highly motivated and professional profiles, with experience, capable of absorbing the values on which our agency is based, becoming part of a dynamic and work-focused team.
For this reason, the ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

  • Educational qualification as high diploma or degree;
  • Possession of the suitability to operate as a Real Estate Agent;
  • Seniority gained in the role through previous experience in the real estate sector;
  • Sales management;
  • Excellent relational, communication and commercial skills;
  • Excellent team working, problem solving skills;
  • Seriousness, professionalism, cordiality and reliability;
  • Familiarity with the main computer software such as Microsoft Office.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE:
Within Studio Immobiliare Sì you will take care of:

  • Sale of residential and non residential properties;
  • Management of the customer portfolio, selected and assigned exclusively to each team member;
  • Customer support during the negotiation process, identifying needs and solutions;
  • Search for properties in the area;
  • Commercial and real estate marketing techniques;
  • Use of real estate portals, internal management and all the tools to support the promotion of properties.

DETAILS:
The earning prospects vary according to seniority and personal skills in an average range that oscillates between 45 and 55 thousand euros per year.
