Studio Sì: since 2007, the heart of real estate in Tuscany
There are those who sell houses and those who build value. Since 2007, Studio Immobiliare Sì, founded by the entrepreneurial vision of Mattia Fabbri, has been working to change our way of living and invest in the local real estate market, without limiting itself to establishing a point of contact between demand and offer, but rather building relationships based on passion, vision and constant commitment to excellence.
Mattia, what is the vision that drove you to open a new branch in Florence and how does the city fit in your luxury segment strategy?
The opening of Studio Immobiliare Sì’s new headquarters in Florence is a strategic, long-term decision. Florence is a city with a unique historical-artistic heritage, an international image of cultural excellence, and a prestige real estate market showing signs of growth and strong appeal to both national and international clients.
Establishing a base in Florence is the natural evolution of the Studio’s growth path, founded on professionalism and a deep understanding of the Tuscan market. Florence is a universal symbol of art, culture, and beauty; these values are perfectly reflected in our idea of “luxury” as a balance of exclusivity, harmony, and quality of life, not ostentation.
The decision stems from the desire to oversee one of Italy’s most interesting markets, capable of attracting demanding international clientele eager to invest in properties that embody the true Italian luxury lifestyle. The physical presence of a headquarters in the heart of the city allows us to best cover the key territory and offer a highly specialized service in the luxury segment, with a tailor-made approach for clients seeking a unique asset and life experience. Our vision is to build a benchmark in high-end real estate in Florence, providing personalized consulting, transparency, and comprehensive support, right through to post-sale management.
Can you give us an overview of how the demand of luxury properties in the old town and Florentine hills is evolving? What are the most sought-after features by your international customers?
The luxury market in Florence is experiencing a phase of renewed dynamism. In the old town, requests are focused on high-end properties with original architectonic features – frescoes, coffered ceilings, lodges, terraces with a view – which, however, were fully refurbished according to modern standards. Customers are searching for the charm of Florentine authenticity, but with the comfort of contemporary style. In the surrounding hills, instead, what prevails is the search for villas, farmhouses and dwellings with external spaces, privacy and suggestive landscapes: places that narrate the most authentic Tuscany and offer a relaxed lifestyle, but with high-level services.
Among our international customers – coming from Europe, United States and the Middle East – we notice an increasing attention towards “ready-to-use”, sustainable and technologically-advanced properties, which fit into unique landscapes. Today, the concept of luxury has evolved: it’s not only a matter of square meters, but also of experience, wellbeing and identity. And Florence, with its history and timeless elegance, represents a perfect destination for this type of customers.
Are you open to partnerships with local professionals or realities (architects, interior designers, property managers) to increase your presence in the area?
Yes, absolutely. We strongly believe in synergies with local professionals and realities, who share our vision of quality and attention to details. Working with architects, interior designers and property managers means being able to offer to our customers an exhaustive and taylor-made service, which is capable of maximising the value of each property, and support them also after the purchase. In the luxury segment, partnerships represent a value: they allow to create customized experiences, build solid relationships and ensure a high standard in all respects – aesthetic, technical and administrative. Our goal is to build, in Florence and in Tuscany, an ecosystem of excellences thanks to which Studio Immobiliare Sì can become a point of reference for those who are not only looking for a house, but also for a life project.
