Studio Immobiliare Sì was founded in 2007 from the entrepreneurial vision of Mattia Fabbri, who opened the first office in the heart of Pistoia. Drawing on solid, hands-on experience, Mattia created a project based on professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, gradually building a team of collaborators who share his values and vision. Today, that original spirit remains the beating heart of the agency: every team member works with dedication, precision, and a mindset always attuned to change.

Thanks to a dynamic approach and the ability to quickly interpret market shifts, Studio Immobiliare Sì has become a benchmark in the Tuscan real estate landscape, standing out for its reliability and quality of service.

2018 marked a turning point: the acquisition of Corti Immobiliare allowed for an expanded property portfolio and client base, further strengthening our presence in the region. This important step also led to the relocation of our headquarters to the new, prestigious office at Viale Attilio Frosini 70 in Pistoia.

In 2022, our growth continued with the opening of a new office in Agliana, just a short walk from the town center. A strategic decision driven by the high demand for real estate in the area, this expansion reinforced our territorial presence. With this new headquarter, we extended our reach to effectively cover the entire Prato area and its surroundings, where our team supports every client with care and attention through every stage of the transaction.

Mattia Fabbri CEO & Founder

Mattia is the CEO and founder of Studio Immobiliare Sì. With almost 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, in 2007 he decided to pursue an entrepreneurial career creating his own company based on the values of professionalism, seriousness, and transparency towards the customer, who guide him in the work, consolidated by the all-round knowledge of the trend of the real estate market acquired over the years.

Every day, he transmits to its employees its corporate vision, providing a concrete and always present support to create a solid foundation for continuous growth and expansion in the territory.

Marica Venuta Branch and Acquisition Manager

Marica is responsible for the operations and management of the entire Pistoia office. She coordinates activities related to property acquisition and enhancement, serving as a key point of contact for clients, property owners, and colleagues. Since 2024, she has also overseen the development of the Luxury division, playing a strategic role in the agency’s expansion into the high-end real estate segment.

After earning her diploma as a surveyor, she obtained her qualification as a technician and worked in the field for six years. She then embarked on a career in real estate, becoming a licensed agent in 2011. This solid professional path has allowed her to build extensive industry knowledge, developed through hands-on experience and strengthened by a practical, quality-focused approach.
